Job Description
Company: Square Fin Private Limited
Position: Cluster Head / Area Manager
Location: Indore(Madhya Pradesh)
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in the Wheel Finance segment.
- Experience in the NBFC sector is preferred.
- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales and business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Expand business through both B2B and B2C channels.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
