Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and process improvements. The position also entails partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands and facilitate seamless integration of new processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending actionable solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools to visualize workflows and support process redesign.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
