We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Manager, Product Development to drive the evolution and adoption of Mastercard Wallet Services (MWS) and related digital wallet capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery, and client enablement, helping issuers, fintech, and partners build and scale next-generation wallet experiences.
You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in wallet technologies, working closely with engineering, architecture, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
• Own and drive end-to-end feature delivery for wallet solutions (including provisioning, tokenization, device enablement, SDK-based integrations).
• Translate product roadmap into detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with platform architecture.
• Analyze business, data, and system integration requirements for new features, partner integrations, and enhancements.
• Identify platform gaps and define new capabilities to strengthen wallet offerings.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with engineering, architecture, QE, and regional product teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and execution alignment.
• Coordinate with external partners and clients to support wallet integrations and feature adoption.
Technical Analysis & Problem Solving
• Drive deep analysis of API integrations, SDK behavior (iOS/Android), and system interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues by reviewing code (Java/Kotlin/Swift), logs, and system flows when needed.
• Support integration design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Product Quality, Launch & Adoption
• Define and validate acceptance criteria and review product demos against requirements.
• Lead feature launches, monitoring adoption, performance, and operational health.
• Partner with support teams to triage and prioritize client issues at the feature/platform level.
• Incorporate post-launch feedback into continuous product improvements.
Client Enablement & Documentation
• Support creation of integration guides, API documentation, SDK onboarding materials, and release notes.
• Conduct technical walkthroughs and enablement sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence product roadmap through client feedback and usage insights.

All About You
Core Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in product development, business analysis, or technical product roles in payments, fintech, or mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital wallets, tokenization, and mobile payment ecosystems.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with:
o APIs (REST/JSON), system integrations
o Mobile platforms (Android/iOS), SDKs
o Debugging tools, logs, and integration frameworks
• Ability to read and interpret code (Java/Kotlin/Swift) to support troubleshooting.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Strong track record of working with cross-functional, global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (executive & technical).
• Ability to drive alignment, negotiate requirements, and influence decisions.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in an agile environment.
