Job Title: Sales Executive
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive secondary sales, expand our retail network, and strengthen market presence for our innerwear/apparel brands. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly secondary sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Collect orders and ensure timely execution through distributors.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement, and report non-moving inventory.
- Ensure visibility of company branding, displays, and promotional materials at retail outlets.
- Introduce new products and conduct product demonstrations for retailers.
- Resolve retailer complaints promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Update daily sales activities, market feedback, and customer information in the company's sales application/software.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report to the Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of FMCG, Apparel, Garments, Innerwear, Textile, or Consumer Products sales experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with excellent selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile sales applications.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
