Associate Principal - Package Implementation
Job Title
SAP Fieldglass Consultant P5 Associate Principal Lead Consultant
Experience
812 years of overall IT experience
46 years of handson SAP Fieldglass implementation experience
Experience in at least 23 endtoend Fieldglass implementations
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Fieldglass implementation rollout enhancement and support engagements
Conduct client workshops and gather business requirements for contingent workforce management and services procurement
Design and configure SAP Fieldglass modules including
Contingent Workforce Management
Services Procurement
Worker Profile Management
Statement of Work SOW
Time Expense Management
Define integration requirements with SAP S4HANA SAP SuccessFactors Ariba ERP and thirdparty systems
Prepare solution design documents functional specifications test scenarios and training materials
Drive UAT cutover golive and hypercare activities
Provide functional leadership to offshoreonsite teams
Support presales activities effort estimation proposal preparation and client presentations
Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration
Expertise in Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement processes
Experience with Fieldglass integrations using APIs SAP CPIBTP Middleware or ERP integration tools
Understanding of procurement vendor management and workforce management processes
Experience in stakeholder management and clientfacing roles
Strong documentation and solution design skills
Preferred Skills
SAP Ariba integration knowledge
SAP SuccessFactors integration experience
SAP S4HANA procurement process knowledge
Exposure to SAP BTPCPI
Agile project delivery experience
Leadership Expectations P5
Act as Solution Lead for Fieldglass engagements
Own design decisions and governance
Manage customer stakeholders and escalations
Support practice capability building and competency development
Contribute to business development and presales
