Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization techniques within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with various data sources and APIs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) environments.
- Experience working with low-code platforms and standard tools to customize and extend packaged or SaaS applications.
