Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Office Operations & Administration Manager who can serve as the central pillar of our organization. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA degree and possess a strong blend of leadership skills, administrative capabilities, and a solid understanding of GST compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Office Management: Supervise day-to-day administrative activities, optimize office workflows, and ensure a smooth, productive working environment.
- Financial & GST Compliance: Handle primary business accounts, verify billing/invoices, and manage basic GST-related data and compliance tasks in coordination with our tax consultants.
- Team Coordination: Lead and delegate tasks effectively to the in-house team, ensuring targets and daily operations run flawlessly.
- Vendor & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, vendors, and service providers for corporate communications.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly operational and financial updates for the executive management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Finance, Operations, or General Management is mandatory.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in office operations, administration, or managing business workflows (Strong freshers with excellent knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GST rules, commercial invoicing, and basic corporate accounting tools (Excel, Tally, etc.).
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
