Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare North Indian curries, gravies, snacks, and tandoor dishes.
  • Cook naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikka, and other tandoor items.
  • Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
  • Handle tandoor equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
  • Follow standard recipes and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian & Tandoor Chef.
  • Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and tandoor cooking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
