Location: Sapphire Mall, Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate appointments and patient consultations.

Explain healthcare services and treatment programs to prospective patients.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM systems.

Build trust with patients and guide them through the consultation process.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and clinic staff for appointment scheduling.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Telesales, Healthcare Sales, Inside Sales, or Patient Counseling.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic services preferred.

Ability to handle sales targets and lead conversions effectively.

Good computer and CRM knowledge.
