In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Package Specialist: SAP BTP, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP BTP solutions related to Business AI and Process Automation. You will leverage your proficiency in updating configurations and continuously improving Process Automation solutions to deliver high-quality results. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Update Configuration Based on Change Requests: Update configurations based on change requests using SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub on the BTP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions. • Improve Process Automation Solutions: Continuously improve Process Automation solutions leveraging SAP Build related offerings on the BTP, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency. • Maintain SAP BTP Solutions: Support and maintain SAP BTP solutions related to Business AI and Process Automation, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. • Apply SAP BTP Expertise: Apply your knowledge and expertise in SAP BTP to deliver high-quality solutions and support business objectives.

• SAP BTP Configuration Updates: Exposure to updating configurations based on change requests using SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub on the BTP, with an understanding of how to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions. • Process Automation Improvement: Experience working with SAP Build related offerings on the BTP to continuously improve Process Automation solutions, including identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes. • SAP BTP Solution Maintenance: Exposure to supporting and maintaining SAP BTP solutions related to Business AI and Process Automation, with knowledge of how to ensure smooth and efficient operation. • SAP BTP Technical Expertise: Experience applying knowledge and expertise in SAP BTP to deliver high-quality solutions and support business objectives, with a focus on leveraging technical skills to drive results.

• SAP BTP Advanced Configuration: Exposure to advanced configuration techniques using SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub on the BTP, enabling efficient solution updates and enhancements. • Process Automation Optimization: Experience working with SAP Build related offerings to optimize Process Automation solutions, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
