Manager- Terminal Retail & F&B
Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Leasing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential retail and F&B brands (Indian & international) aligned with airport positioning
- Drive commercial negotiations, business terms (MG/MMG/Rev Share), and closure of deals
- Conceptualise and curate category mix strategies to maximise revenue and passenger engagement
- Build and leverage a strong industry network across malls, brands, franchise operators, and aggregators
2. Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of new outlets from concept to go-live, ensuring timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with design, projects, operations, and regulatory teams (including BCAS where applicable)
- Monitor progress of fit-outs and ensure on-time store openings aligned with traffic milestones
- Ensure readiness for key launches, including international operations ramp-up
3. Revenue & Performance Management
- Drive sales performance across portfolio, with clear focus on revenue maximisation and yield enhancement
- Track outlet performance through data insights and implement corrective interventions where required
- Work closely with partners to drive promotional plans, merchandising improvements, and sales uplift initiatives
4. Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with key retailers, F&B operators, and JV partners
- Ensure strong alignment on business objectives, service standards, and passenger experience
- Act as a single point of accountability for assigned zones/assets
5. Strategic Initiatives
- Support development of new commercial concepts, innovations, and alternate revenue streams
- Benchmark with leading airports and malls to bring best-in-class practices
- Contribute to long-term commercial strategy and asset monetisation plans
Qualifications
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in:
- Airport retail / Non-aero commercial
- Shopping malls / retail leasing
- F&B business development / hospitality formats
- Proven track record of:
- Closing high-value deals
- Managing projects from concept to execution
- Driving strong sales and revenue performance
