Core Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Growth
- Revenue Drive: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Karnataka cluster.
- Order Booking: Drive gross and net order bookings across all product segments.
- Product Penetration: Increase market share by cross-selling the full telecom portfolio to existing and new accounts.
2. Portfolio Management
- Mobility: Scale corporate postpaid connections and mobile solutions.
- IoT (Internet of Things): Deploy smart connectivity, asset tracking, and automotive solutions.
- Fixed Line Services: Expand FLD (Leased Lines, MPLS, SD-WAN) and FLV (SIP Trunk, Cloud Telephony) footprints.
- Emerging Business: Introduce cloud, security, and SaaS solutions to SME clients.
3. Channel & Team Management
- Partner Profitability: Ensure sustainable ROI and business growth for Channel Partners.
- PSE Productivity: Manage Partner Sales Executives (PSEs) through training and performance tracking.
- People Progress: Coach and develop the internal direct sales team for leadership roles.
4. Infrastructure & Market Expansion
- Infra Planning: Identify network gaps and plan fiber/4G/5G rollout based on business potential.
- Infra Growth: Expand the physical and digital reach of Vi services in industrial hubs.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Education
- Education: Full-time MBA or Post Graduate Degree in Management.
- Experience: 12–15 years in B2B/Enterprise sales, with 5+ years leading a region.
- Industry: Telecom, IT, Cloud, or technology solutions sectors.
Key Skills
- Deep knowledge of the Karnataka SME market geography
- Expertise in managing multi-tier channel distribution networks.
- Strong financial acumen to manage partner ROI and cluster P&L.
