Job Description
Job Opening : Sales Coordinator (1–3 Yrs Exp)Role Objective To support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and handling client communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, generate quotes, and track deliveries.
- Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and inventory teams for timely fulfillment.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer accounts, and leads.
- Requirements1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or office administration.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- High accuracy in handling data, emails, and numbers.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and billing/CRM software).
