Team Leader
Telecaller
System Operator
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls
✅ Follow up with customers and address their queries
✅ Maintain customer records in the system
✅ Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
✅ Handle emails and maintain reports
✅ Conduct verification and manage file login processes
✅ Manage telesales and pre-sales activities
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Basic computer knowledge is required
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
