We are currently seeking a RPA Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

RPA Developer – UiPath (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath and intelligent automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end automation development, including advanced UiPath capabilities, SAP/VBA scripting, and intelligent document processing solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Implement Agentic Automations using UiPath to enable intelligent, decision-driven workflows.
• Develop automation solutions using VBA and SAP scripting.
• Build and configure solutions using UiPath Document Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Utilize UiPath Action Center for human-in-the-loop processes.
• Develop scalable automation solutions using the RE Framework.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization of existing bots.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and documentation protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RPA development with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath.
• 5+ years of proven experience with VBA and SAP Scripting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing Agentic Automations using UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding and IDP.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Action Center and RE Framework.
• Experience in end-to-end automation lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer).
• Experience working in enterprise-level automation programs.
• Exposure to AI/ML-integrated automation solutions.
