Role: CIO -Cloud Infra and Devops Architect Engineer

Location: Bangalore ORR Office

Who are we looking for?

Cloud Infra Architect skilled Engineer to be a part of the Cloud Management and Engineering Team operating from ORR Bangalore Facility.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud Infra Architect Engineer is responsible to design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Cloud infrastructure design and implementation is the primary skill with experience in Azure and AWS.
• Cloud security is the secondary skill with experience in cloud native security services or any product like CheckPoint CloudGuard, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, Wiz, etc.
• Good knowledge of network security, identity and privilege access management, landing zone concepts for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
• Hands On experience of a range services from any Cloud Platform including Infrastructure and Security related services such as PAAS; IaaS; Containers; Storage; Networking and Security.
• Experience in Cloud Serverless Architecture and Kubernetes Architecture.
• Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns; including micro services and message-driven architectures.
• Experience in End-to-End cost monitoring; usage monitoring; and cost forecasting. 
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams on cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive infrastructure as code initiatives.
• Responsible for Cloud governance, auditing, monitoring, planning, and assessment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes incident/change/problem management experience in working with solution architects in designing solution, effort estimation, maintaining and continuously improving the overall quality of service delivery.
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
• Highly agile with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and change.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation
• Design container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS/EKS/GKE)
• Define CI/CD platform architecture using GitOps and pipeline-as-code
• Design monitoring, logging, and tracing platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud-native tools)

Technical and Domain Specific Experience Expectations:

• Cloud Infra Architect knowledge (Azure and AWS) and working experience preferably ranging from 5 to 10 years.

Process Skills:

• ServiceNow Tool Work Experience.
• Incident / Change and Request Management Process Experience.

Behavioral Skills:

• Team Lead
• Good Communication and Mail Writing Skills
• Decision Making, Problem Solving, Good Analytical Skills and Good Coordination Skills

Qualification:

• Undergraduate Mandatory (BE or a similar UG qualifications)
• Technical Certifications (like AWS, Azure, etc.) will be an added advantage Not Mandatory
