Job Title: Field Recruiter – E-commerce/Retail Hiring (DMart)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to manage blue-collar hiring for our client like Flipkart, Zepto & Swiggy across Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and recruit candidates for roles such as Picker, Packer, and Loader.

* Conduct field recruitment activities, including job camps, local sourcing, and candidate mobilization.

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

* Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

* Build and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline.

* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring.

* Experience in e-commerce, retail, or staffing recruitment will be preferred.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Knowledge of Pune locations and local hiring sources.

* Own two-wheeler is preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
