Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address application issues and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
