Job Description

Process - Order to Cash & ICO

Sub - processes in Scope:

• Customer Master Data (setup and Modification)
• Billing
• Cash Application
• Collections and Customer Service.
• Month End Reporting and Reconciliations Activities

Evaluation Parameters

• Sr. Associate Ops
• Total Work Experience (in years) - 1-3 Yrs.
• Educational + Professional Qualifications: Accounting Degree Commerce Graduate

Domain Knowledge and Experience -

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferable in AR & ICO area.
• Working knowledge in any ERP platform.
• Good knowledge of excel.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Team Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Customer and Modify (if required).
• Raise accurate Billing Invoices.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash checks and credit card transactions.
• Call or email customer to collect outstanding invoices.
• Preparation of Cash Application Report.
• Report unapplied entries.
• Dunning letters and preparation of Statement of Account
• Language Capability: English Domestic and International.
• Spoken Proficiency: Required Good communication skills
• Written Proficiency: Required Good communication skills
