• Primary skills:Technology->Java->Springboot • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java & Springboot Developer, with at least 3 years of team handling experience • Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. • Proficiency in Springboot framework, including Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security. • Extensive experience with Java development tools, such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA. • Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL. • Expert knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. • Leadership and management skills A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. • You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. • You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. • You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. • You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you!
