SAP SLcM Trainee

Learn SLcM domain knowledge in 4 months and to be plotted in projects to learn OJT and transition into taking deliverables

Job Description: Exp: 0-1 year

Academic Structure Setup: Design and configure master data including faculties, programs, curriculums, and class scheduling.

•               Student Administration: Manage the entire lifecycle from admissions and registration to examinations, grading, and alumni tracking.
•               Fee Management: Implement integration with Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI/CA) to manage tuition calculations, scholarships, ssponsorships, and invoicing.
•               System Integration: Align SLCM with core SAP modules like FI/CO, HR, and external third-party university systems.
•               User Support: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, create documentation, and provide end-user training. 

              Qualifications & Requirements

•               Domain Experience: Deep understanding of higher education or public sector administrative processes.
•               Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP SLCM configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), and ABAP collaboration.

              Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and academic staff.
