Summary:
As a Managed Service Account Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive management of client relationships within a managed service contract. This role requires continuous engagement with various service groups to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. The position demands proactive attention to contract growth opportunities and financial performance, while coordinating efforts across teams to maintain alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. The role is dynamic, involving strategic planning, problem-solving, and fostering strong partnerships to drive long-term success for both the client and the service provider.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and contract value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build capability within the account management function.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive contract profitability.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex service solutions.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation to maintain positive client engagements.
- Capability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client and organizational objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Delivery Excellence.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
