Junior Recruiter (INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT FIRM)

Sai Overseas Consultancy is inviting applications for the position of Recruiter.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Male/Female candidates can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and LinkedIn
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and organizational skills
• Local candidates preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through the company's internal database, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Update and maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of open positions
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
