Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients to identify and resolve issues efficiently, whether remotely or onsite. The practitioner follows established operational procedures to maintain service stability and quality, ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure components, operating systems, networks, and application platforms. Collaboration with various teams and adherence to defined processes are key aspects of daily activities, contributing to a reliable and responsive support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize service disruptions.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent outages.
- Document technical procedures and incident resolutions to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in automating infrastructure deployment and configuration management using Ansible within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and their integration with automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, operating systems, and network components.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
- Capability to work with monitoring tools and analyze logs to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
