Assist in ensuring production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements. Support the resolution of incidents and outages, facilitating effective communication throughout the process. Contribute to the restoration of service in the production environment and assist in establishing disaster recovery procedures. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Service. Beginner proficiency in Technical Support. Advanced proficiency in Problem Solving. Intermediate proficiency in Communication Skills. Beginner proficiency in Data Analysis.Job role
