Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team at our Bharuch location.
Qualifications
✅ Graduate in any discipline / Diploma / ITI
✅ 2–3 years of experience in manpower handling and site operations
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise site workers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Manage workforce requirements and arrange replacements when needed
* Maintain discipline and productivity at the site
* Coordinate effectively with clients and the Pune office
* Ensure compliance with basic legal and statutory requirements
* Enforce safety standards and proper use of PPE by all workers
