You will lead the expansion of our professional educational programs and our creative talent platform by identifying new market opportunities and building high-value strategic partnerships.

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a results-driven Senior BDM to scale our presence in the EdTech and digital platform sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing multiple product lines and can pivot between consultative sales for technical programs and community building for our talent-focused application. 

Key Responsibilities: -

As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to find new ways for our company to grow and reach more people. You will spend your time looking for potential customers and partners, reaching out to them, and explaining how our products can help them. You’ll be responsible for the whole process—from the very first hello to signing the final deal. 

Beyond just selling, you will build strong relationships with other organisations and communities to create a network that supports all our platforms. You will also keep a close eye on what’s happening in the market to make sure our strategy stays ahead of the competition. Finally, you’ll work closely with our internal teams to share what customers are saying, helping us make our products even better for everyone. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch to diverse audiences (from students to executives).

Versatility: Proven ability to manage multiple products simultaneously and adapt sales techniques to different target demographics.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for lead management and tracking.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

Compensation :-

The monthly salary for this role is ₹25000 to 40000 plus performance-based incentives. This means your total earnings will grow as you hit your targets and bring in more revenue, directly rewarding the success and growth you drive for the company.
