Lead – Data Engineering & Reporting Modernization
Lead a team responsible for engineering, modernization, enhancement, and support of enterprise reporting and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead development, modernization, and migration of reporting, ETL, and analytics solutions.
* Drive application enhancements, automation, performance tuning, and process improvements.
* Ensure stability, reliability, and support of production reporting and data platforms.
* Collaborate with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes.
* Mentor team members, promote technical excellence, and drive continuous learning.
* Support cloud adoption, AI-driven automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
* Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence.
