Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities :
Experience in designing the application, orchestrating the process flows, SLA, Skill based routing.
Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services, JMS, MQ.
Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting.
Experience in Code quality measures like Code reviews, Compliance to Guardrail, working with AES,SMA tools.
Ability to design security for Application with Access groups, Roles and Privileges.
Thorough understanding of Ruleset hierarchy and building re-usable components.
Good Hands-on of HTML, Javascript, PL/SQL programming.
Thorough understanding of environments involved and the deployment activities.
Understanding of project level metrics.
Proficient on the UI and Reporting elements.
Strong knowledge on the Decision Management Techniques in PEGA.
Experience in Integration (SOAP,HTTP Connectors and Services), Listeners and Batch Processes and Agents.
Experience in application development/system integration (avoid profiles with experience predominantly on maintenance projects).
Experience in Agile delivery & should have handled multiple scrum teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience in Pega frameworks like CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF.
Experience in Python Development.
Experience in Prompt engineering.
Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently.
Able to Handle pressure situations in the Project.
Team Management- Able to handle the team efficiently.

Additional Information:
Overall minimum 8 years of hands on experience.
Mandatory Certification: CSA, CSSA :: CLSA part 1(Good to have).
Certification in Anthropic, AWS or Google is good to have.
React.Js/Node.Js Good to have.
Any upgrade experience is a plus.
