As Associate Software Engineer Procure to pay (PTP), you will be managing PTP application for various businesses of Maersk. Maersk operates in more than 130 countries across the world and with rapidly and constantly changing business and technology environment, PTP techno-functional expert role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the vision and implementation of PTP solutions for Maersk group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology team member with Maersk PTP team for finance & tax platform
• Work closely with Solution Architect and Senior Engineers for design and build work in SAP PTP area
• Help create / execute test scripts for PTP product
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; owning user stories for the config and development process.
• Contribute to developing platform and agile practices across Maersk
• Responsible for delivery of assigned stories till production and supporting during hyper care of same
• Provide ideas for End to End SAP S/4 PTP using ABAP, Fiori & AI tools to optimize processes for Maersk entities
• Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core S/4 PTP (MM, Opentext) solutions to ensure it works seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot incidents and do problem management for S4 PTP applications.

Who we are looking for:

You have:

• Proven Experience of working as SAP PTP techno functional engineer with 2-5 years of experience.
• Working experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as PTP & ABAP Engineer.
• In depth domain knowledge in the PTP processes with hands on SAP ABAP exp.
• Experience in working with SAP business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
• Experience in modules of SAP PTP, SAP ABAP and integration experience with SAP SD & FICO
• Certification in S/4HANA PTP or ABAP will be an advantage
• Experience in data migration of PTP objects
• Experience in building AI based SAP solutions will be an advantage
• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
• Good problem solving & communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering operations or IT related discipline
• Collaborative mindset across business functions
• Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
