| FTR to be achieved as per matrix |
| Repayment reminder call for Retail customers |
| On-time closure of DCS summary and maintenance of Key Management Register |
| Post despatch file quality FTR to be achieved as per matrix |
| Management Retail stationery by indenting to OPS on need basis |
