Bellway Realtech is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in luxury villas, farmhouses, commercial properties, and investment opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality real estate leads within the target CPL.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for all Bellway Realtech projects.

Manage SEO, SEM, Google Business Profile, and website performance.

Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative development.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

Track KPIs including CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.

Manage CRM integration and lead distribution.

Run WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.

Plan and execute project launches, events, and webinar promotions.

Analyze competitors and market trends to improve campaign performance.

Manage agency/vendors (if required) and ensure timely campaign execution.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube).

SEO and website optimization knowledge.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Google Tag Manager (GTM).

CRM and Lead Management.

Canva, Photoshop, or basic creative understanding.

Landing Page Optimization.

Excel/Google Sheets reporting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
