Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provisioning: Allocate storage volumes, shares, and LUNs to servers.
• Monitoring: Track storage capacity, alerts, and system health daily.
• Zoning: Perform standard SAN zoning operations for new server attachments.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve standard performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues.
• Ticketing: Handle routine storage access requests within defined SLAs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree.
• Certification: NetApp Associate (NCTA) or Dell EMC Associate (DECA).
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certified
• Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Backup: Basic understanding of Rubrik and Zerto

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• NetApp: Managing ONTAP, provisioning NAS (NFS/CIFS) and SAN (iSCSI) storage.
• Dell EMC: Administering PowerStore or Unity arrays using Unisphere.
• Cisco SAN: Configuring basic zoning and aliases on MDS switches.
• Monitoring: Using tools like NetApp Active IQ and Dell CloudIQ.
• Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
• Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift, ability to working from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Infinidat: Basic exposure to InfiniBox management interfaces.
• Scripting: Writing basic PowerShell or Bash scripts for automation.
• OS Basics: Managing storage allocation on Linux and Windows hosts.
