Job Description

Courier Operations Executive

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Courier Operations Executive to join our growing logistics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily courier booking and shipment processing.
  • Coordinate parcel pickups and deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment status.
  • Maintain shipment records and prepare daily reports.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners and branch offices.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is preferred.
  • Prior experience in courier, logistics, or transportation is mandatory
  • Honest, punctual, and able to work independently

Salary: Based on experience.
