Senior Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Experience: 3+ Years (Required : 1+ Year in a Digital Marketing Agency)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Creative Designer (Graphics & Video) with strong expertise in video creation and editing. Video content will be the primary focus of this role, along with graphic design, branding, and AI-powered creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality marketing videos, ads, reels, shorts and motion graphics.
• Design social media creatives (Organic & Paid), banners, display ads, carousels, presentations, brochures, logos and other marketing assets.
• Create and edit images, including retouching, manipulation and AI-generated visuals.
• Understand campaign goals and create creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Create graphics and visual assets required for websites and landing pages.
• Stay updated with design, video and AI trends.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Video Creation/Editing, Reels, Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling.
• Excellent Graphic Design, Typography, Color Theory & Branding skills.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva, CapCut (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Leonardo AI, Ideogram or similar.
• Ability to convert ideas into high-quality creatives using both creativity and AI.
• Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, and performance marketing creatives.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.

Preferred Candidate

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Marketing Agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work.
