Key Responsibilities
· Improve the quality and clarity of requirements before they enter development
· Work closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into well-defined, development-ready user stories and backlog items
· Support Product Owners by taking ownership of requirement gathering, story preparation, and backlog organization, enabling them to focus on more complex planning and solution design
· Ensure user stories are consistently structured, clearly scoped, and include appropriate acceptance criteria
· Facilitate and support backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
· Help reduce rework, ambiguity, and clarification requests during sprint delivery
· Maintain strong backlog health and Jira discipline to improve visibility, tracking, and planning
· Collaborate with development teams to identify blockers early and support smoother delivery flow
· Contribute to more predictable and timely delivery of the client portal roadmap, including Universal Portal enhancements
· Act as a key point of coordination between Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
Skills and Experience
· Proven experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a product or technology environment
· Strong experience writing clear, structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders in agile environments
· Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, and refinement processes
· Experience using Jira to manage backlog health, sprint tracking, and delivery visibility
· Ability to identify ambiguity, challenge gaps in requirements, and drive clarity before development begins
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with an existing product and established development roadmap
· Domain knowledge in Investor Communications Offerings is desirable
· Ability to quickly understand context and contribute with minimal onboarding
This role is critical to improving the flow of work into development and enabling more predictable delivery. By strengthening requirement quality, backlog discipline, and collaboration across teams, the Product Analyst will help the organization deliver roadmap priorities more efficiently and with greater confidence.
