Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Support the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to facilitate smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday Talent Management modules to align with business needs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Talent Management applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow within Workday environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
