Accountant

Job Description

• Handle project-wise expense tracking, multi-location accounting, and retail financial reconciliation
• Ensure full statutory compliance including PF, ESI, GST, and TDS

Key Responsibilities Project & Site Accounting:

• Track and allocate expenses project-wise for multiple technical sites
• Verify and reconcile site-level expenses with head office records
• Prepare project profitability and cost variance reports

Retail Accounting

• Handle daily reconciliation of retail sales.
• Ensure alignment between retail billing data and accounting books
• Manage retail inventory accounting, stock valuation, and physical stock audits

General Accounting:

• Maintain full-set books of accounts using Tally Prime / ERP
• Handle vendor payables, customer billings, and receivables follow-up
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial dashboards

Coordination & Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and HR teams
• Automate accounting processes and improve internal controls
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all locations
