Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality scores.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet daily productivity, response time, and quality KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6–12 months of experience in Chat Support is mandatory.
- Experience in an International BPO will be preferred.
- Excellent written English communication and grammar.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Graduate or Undergraduate
