Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to business growth objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and utilize modern digital tools to identify target audiences and generate qualified leads.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Execute product presentations, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, ROI, and sales figures; generate reports to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Brand Consistency: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure messaging aligns with the company’s brand image across all platforms.
