Team Leader Tele Calling
- Manage and supervise a team of telecallers (inbound/outbound process)
- Set sales/lead generation targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor daily call activities and track team performance
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity
- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback
- Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and strategies
