HR Admin Executive

About the Role

One Diagnostics is looking for a smart, energetic, and organized Female HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who want to build a career in Human Resources.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Schedule and communicate with job applicants.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance and leave records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Support employee onboarding and induction.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR activities.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks.

• Eligibility
• Female candidate.
• Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Well-organized, punctual, and eager to learn.
