Position: (Digital Marketing Executive) Google Ads
Location:Hyderabad
Experience Required:3+ Years (Real Estate Industry experience is mandatory)
Salary:₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
Job OverviewWe're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in generating high-quality real estate leads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for real estate projects.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS.
- Set up and maintain Conversion Tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Continuously reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.
