Job Description

Experience- 3- 5 yrs

Location- Mumbai

Role Requirements

• Responsible for planning and writing of test cases, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot any challenges, ensuring that all relevant personnel are kept informed of progress
• Carry out the required test technique to ensure the software product has been tested against requirements, specifications, use cases etc
• Reporting of software defects, providing technical descriptions, supporting evidence, feedback and regular updates
• Support the planning, design, execution and reporting for allocated test activities on assigned workstreams and projects
• Manage own workload, to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed timescales
• Provide updates in team and project meetings, on the progress of allocated tasks and in the absence of a Test Assurance Manager or Lead, to take on their reporting responsibilities
• Actively involved in continuous improvement and development for test processes, procedures, techniques, and tools
• Create milestones and objectives for personal improvement and development, creating a detailed plan on how this will be achieved
• Responsible for knowledge transfer documentation (overviews etc) to ensure all team members are fully aware of any new software or processes, when they become business as usual
• Be a champion for industry best practice, by keeping informed of the latest techniques and suggest future technologies and tools that would be a benefit to the team
• When required will need to be able to assist with non-functional test activities

Any Graduate and above
