Roles & Responsibilities: Compensation Functional Consultant
- Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
- Understands Workday domains and how to maintain security business processes
- Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
Must-Have Certifications
- Workday HCM Core
- Workday Compensation
Experience & Background
- BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
- 4-6 years of IT experience
- Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
- Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/ Compensation consultant
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Compensation.
- Knowledge of touch points related to Compensation module.
- Configuration Knowledge of Basic setup of Compensation Items. Ex – Compensation Eligibility Rules, Plans, Packages, Grades.
- Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes related to Compensation module.
- Data Conversion Experience with exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee and set up data related EIBS, Advance Loads, iLoad’s and Migration Recipe.
- Ability to create Standard and Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields.
- Configure and Test Domain and Business Process related Security in the Compensation module.
- Ability to understand Plan, Design, Prototype and Test requirements in different phases of projects.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
- Minimum Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process.
- Experience in handling Country Specific Data requirements.
- Taking ownership of Build and connecting with counterparts and stake holders to resolve existing issues.
