About the Role


We are hiring Career Counselors cum Administrators to mentor and guide trainees while handling administrative tasks. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, education, or counseling are welcome.


Requirements

• Graduation (any discipline)

• 01 years of experience

• Strong communication, counseling & mentoring skills

• Sales/education/training/counseling background preferred

• Languages: English,

• System proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)


Responsibilities

Ø Should generate lead from Social Media and Digital Marketing

Ø Convert the lead into prospective

Ø Counsel, mentor, and support students

Ø Convert Prospective into enrollments through effective counseling.

Ø Follow up with leads to achieve admission targets.

Ø Maintain records of student interactions and feedback.
