Graphic Designer

We are a reputed Event Management Group based in Ahmedabad with over two decades of experience in delivering world-class government projects, exhibitions, conferences, conventions, convocations and large-scale public events. We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design creative concepts for events, exhibitions, conferences, government events, and corporate branding.
• Create artwork for stage backdrops, exhibition stalls, entrance gates, kiosks, branding elements, and venue graphics.
• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, invitations, hoardings, banners, standees, signages and marketing collateral.
• Develop print-ready artwork with proper specifications for production.
• Collaborate with the event planning and production teams to convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
• Make design revisions as per client feedback within project timelines.
• Prepare presentation layouts and visual concepts for client proposals.
• Coordinate with printers and fabrication vendors whenever required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW.
• Basic understanding of 3D visualization software is a plus.
• Good typography, colour sense, and layout design skills.
• Experience in print production and large-format graphics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
