Job Description
Job Summary:
The Retail Shop Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized and attractive store environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory and report low stock or damaged items.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.
Keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
Support promotional activities, merchandising, and store events.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
