Summary:

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate applications seamlessly within the broader organizational ecosystem, while also adapting to changing business environments and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Experience in managing user access controls, role design, and authorization concepts within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security architecture and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
