Job Description

Relationship Manager - Retail

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing
  • Find Buyers: Look for people who want to buy a house or flat.
  • Set up Booths: Do outdoor sales and visit building sites to find leads.
  • Partner Up: Build relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and agents to get customer referrals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

2. File Processing & Documentation
  • Collect Papers: Gather important papers from the customer. This includes proof of identity, income, and property papers.
  • Verify: Check if the papers are real and if the customer is eligible for a loan.
  • Submit: Send the loan file to the bank's credit or risk team for approval. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Target Achievement
  • Hit Goals: Meet your monthly and quarterly targets for loan amounts and the number of loans.
  • Grow Income: Earn your commission by bringing in high-value loans. [1, 2]

4. Customer Service
  • Explain Loans: Teach customers about different loan options and interest rates.
  • Update Customers: Tell the buyer when their loan is approved or if more papers are needed. [1, 2]

5. Compliance & Reporting
  • Follow Rules: Make sure all company and banking laws are followed. Prevent fraud.
  • Report: Tell your manager every day or week about how many loans you logged i
